I want to be able to film in public as I am very shy, will it help me?
Yes definitely! We had students who were super camera shy & even had anxiety attacks while she was filming the video,
yet she was able to complete the challenge & record 7 videos with ease through our challenge following our guidance & coaching.
We also had a lot of students & clients who have never done any videos before, and they were able to record 7 videos in a week :)

How does this challenge work?
The challenge will be for 7 days. During the challenge, I will give live coaching daily for about 15 mins.
I will guide you and walk you through step-by-step how to do live videos, how to reduce nervousness & how to appear confident each day with daily improvement.
I will also give you a daily video topic ( and show you an example of my video for the same topic) and, best of all, you just need to follow the 3-Question System we design to do the same video with ease. ( and without any scripting at all)
How much time should I allocate for the training?
You can allocate 15 minutes to 20 minutes per day for A week.
- Our challenge training is of 15 mins live training for 7 days. It's short & easy for you to learn & take actions, and it’s full of fun (not the lecture style that we learn in university).
- After the training, you just need to spend 3 min to do your video ( using our easy-to-learn formula in the challenge).
When will it start?
The challenge will start on the date stated above, which is 15 Nov 2024
I can’t catch up LIVE Training, is there any replay available?
Replay will be available immediately in our private Facebook group for challengers.
We will also email you daily so that it’s easy for you to keep track.
Is there any pre-challenge training available that I can watch right after I join?
Yes, once you have joined, you will gain access to our pre-challenge training immediately - where you can watch the pre-challenge training.
